as a young child, Adriana has worked many
years in the hospitality industry (owning
cafes in Melbourne & Noosa) and traveled
around Europe and Croatia on a number of
occasions. An extended holiday to Croatia
with family ( where she really fell in love
with the Dalmatian Region) convinced her
to combine two passions and create an
